About Me
Hi, I’m Tanya, a Reiki Practitioner and certified life and spiritual coach and crystal healing guide. I am passionate about helping others find healing, balance and purpose. My journey into this work began with my own transformation.
Reiki and Soul coaching helped me heal deeply and I felt called to share that gift with others. There comes a point in one's life when everything seems to lose its spark, and the world feels like it’s spinning out of control.
For me, this moment arrived in a period of profound emptiness and confusion. I found myself questioning the events that had unfolded in my life and feeling a deep sense of loss within my soul. It was like I had to go through what I did to start the journey on a path that would teach me more about me and to love and honor my true self.
I studied life and spiritual coaching at Salt Lake Community College, where I gained powerful tools to guide others through personal and spiritual growth and mentorship from Reiki Master Gaby Milian whose teachings and wisdom continues to inspire my healing practice.
Crystals have also played an important role in my own healing journey, helping me to ground, clear energy, and connect spiritually. Because of their powerful impact, I now incorporate crystals into my sessions to support and enhance each client’s energetic alignment.
I want to offer each session with a safe and sacred space to retreat, recharge, and reconnect with our true self. Whether you’re seeking clarity, emotional healing, or spiritual awakening, I’m here to walk beside you as you step into your higher self.
